A Journey into the Quantum World

In this session, I will introduce the foundations of quantum mechanics through simple experiments and thought experiments, exploring superposition, wave–particle duality, the double-slit experiment, wavefunctions, probability, measurement, uncertainty, entanglement, and decoherence. I will then connect these ideas (if we had time) to quantum biology and discuss what they may—and may not—tell us about the brain and consciousness.
